Yes. If you'd like us to send PDF invoice one more time with some changes, please send us all details via email. If you need a company invoice and you're based in Europe, a VAT id/number will be required.
Yes, we can send a pro-forma invoice first. Please contact us with a link to the product you'd like to purchase, shipping method you'd like to use and provide us with all information required to start a company invoice. You can send us a screenshot of the shopping cart if it's more convenient.
If you have doubts about ordering a correct size, you can send us a photo of your keyboard so we'll double check it for you :)

Your order can be canceled before it's fulfilled. We would appreciate if you inform us about cancellation within 24 hours since ordering.
Our items are made to order exactly for the customer, so as long as there's a field for the model name you need to provide, you can be sure that the size will be adjusted perfectly to your device.
In some cases we contact our customers later for more details or a photo of the laptop, but it depends on a model and usually we're all set.

We take full responsibility for providing you with the highest quality product possible. In this shop, most of the items are made to order exactly for the customer, so there is a very little chance that you will receive a wrong size of the product.
Of course, if you find that there are any aberrations, please send us a photo. We'll happily send you a new item with correct size (no additional fees and actions required).
We also offer standard sizes for the language stickers - in this case, the size will be exactly as described on the product page, but you can always upgrade it to the custom fit.
Yes. If you need to change the existing language on your keyboard, please choose the desired one from the drop-down menu on the product page.
The most popular products for language change are language keyboard stickers, but you can get also a custom-sized decorative set for a MacBook or other laptop.
Yes. In our company, we create each product exactly for the customer so you can get your very own set with multiple alphabets in custom colors for any device. Go to keyboard stickers with 2 languages, keyboard stickers with 3 languages, or keyboard stickers with 4 languages.
We only accept custom logos as part of customizations in our Builder.
Yes. If you'd like to change only color of the letters/captions, please leave us a note to your order, for example: "Please change letter color. I need them white". If you want to be more precise, please include a HEX color number. We're all people, so if you write something like "Make it sweet pink", you can believe we'll find the sweetest one or contact you in case of doubts :) The sooner you let us know about changes, the better.
